Guarantees and refunds

Under EU rules, if the products you purchased prove defective or do not meet the advertised features, Skytrack has to repair, replace, reduce the price or return your money.
If you purchased a product or service through our website or out of the shop (by telephone, by postal order or by a reseller) you also have the right to cancel your purchase and return your money within 14 days for any reason and without any justification. Skytrack just receives the product and checks it will return a 2 day money. Skytrack does not have to return money to the consumer if it has not received its product.
